Chef Zakir Chicken Sandwich Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients:

200 gm Chicken
3 Tbs Oil
1 cup Tomato ketchup
1/2 ts Grind red chilli
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Black pepper powder
4 Cheese slice
1/2 ts Garlic paste
8 slices Bread
3 Eggs
Salas leaves for decoration
Salt

Directions:

• Make cubes of boneless chicken and fry it in oil.
• Add garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt in the fried chicken and cook it for 5 minutes.
• Fry eggs in the separate pan.
• Cut off the sides of bread slices.
• Take a slice of bread, apply ketchup, make a layer of fried egg and chicken, cheese slice, tomato slices and salad leave then put the other slice of bread on these layers.
• Chicken sandwich is ready.
