<li>Small Cardamom 10g, 2 Teaspoon</li>
<li>Four Marrow Powder 45g, 3 Table Spoon</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong><br />
Boil the milk in a pan and let it cool.<br />
Add some saffron leaves in the boiled milk.<br />
Then add small cardamom, black pepper, almond powder, kskas powder and sugar in it.<br />
Combine all the ingredients equally in the blender then removed it into glasses.<br />
Cold it in the freezer and then serve it.<br />

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Chicken Drumstick Recipe</h2>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Chicken drumstick (Without Skin) 15 pieces</li>
<li>Garlic paste 20g, 4 Teaspoon</li>
<li>Lemon Juice 25ml, 5 Teaspoon</li>
<li>Ginger paste 20g, 4Teaspoon</li>
<li>Cumin (Lilted Brown) 5g, 1Teaspon</li>
<li>Yogurt 200g, 1Cup</li>
<li>Red chili powder 7g, ½ Teaspoon</li>
<li>Salt as required</li>
<li>French dressing (Garam Masala) 10g, 2 Teaspoon</li>
<li>Butter and Cooking Oil As Required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>Affix two cuts on every drumstick and apply lemon juice on it and keep them for 20 min.<br />
Mix all the ingredients in yogurt expect oil.<br />
Now add chicken pieces in it, so, mixture absorb in them and keep them for 2 to 3 hours.<br />
Set the temperature of the Oven (175F to 350F) so it get heated.<br />
Then affix the chicken pieces in roasted sticks about 2cm distance and roasted the chicken pieces for 10 to 12 min in the Oven.<br />
Apply the butter in chicken pieces and tender them until they get golden color.<br />
Now remove them on the cabbage leaves.<br />
Serve and garnish them with the pieces of onion, tomato and lemon.</p>

<li>Yellow color 1 pinch</li>
<li>Corn flour 100g or ½ table spoon</li>

<p>Mix corn flour in the water well enough. Now add yellow color in it. Then cook it on low flame while constantly shaking it with a spoon. Take it off the burner, when it becomes thick and shiny. Then put it in the “falooda” machine and put the machine on a tub of cold water and press tightly until the “falooda” comes out easily in one piece. Now refrigerate the <strong>“falooda”</strong> and serve it with the <strong>“qulfi”</strong>. You can also enhance the taste by putting <strong>“rooh afza”</strong>, “keura” and rose water in it. <p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>Boneless chicken in ptarmigan pieces 800 gram<br />
Paste of onion 100 gram<br />
Paste of ginger 50 gram<br />
Paste of garlic 50 gram<br />
Shimla peeper (chopped) 50 gram<br />
Oil for fry<br />
Salt. As for your taste<br />
Onion (chopped) 50 gram<br />
Tomato (chopped) 50 gram<br />
Spice mixture 10 gram</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>First of all chop the chicken meat. Put a tablespoon of oil into the pan, mix the onion into it and boil for at least 5 to 7 minutes. Now put the paste of tomato into the pan and cook for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Take off the pan from the stove. Mix the paste of garlic, ginger and salt with these pieces of meat and take them aside for at least 2 hours. Then boil the oil into a different pan. And put the pulp of onion and tomato into this pan. Now put the wet meat into pan and boil untill it cooks well. Now serve it with hot breads.</p>
