Pizza Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients for Pizza Dough:

1 pc Tomato ketchup
2 ½ cup white flour
2 Tbs chili sauce
2 Tbs yeast
2 ½ Tbs oil
2 Tbs sugar
1 packet Mozilla Cheese
3 Tbs butter
One packet cadre cheese
For pizza sauce:
2 pcs garlic
½ cup chopped black olives
3 pcs onions
4 pcs tomatoes
4 pcs Green onions
4 pcs Sausages

Directions:

Pizza dough
First, mix yeast in the water, knead white flour with butter and salt. Now, knead it again after mixing yeast in it and leave it for 2 hours.
In this step, give it a shape of roti with rolling pin and place it on the baking tray.
Pizza sauce
Take a pan, heat the oil in it and fry sliced onion in the cooking oil. After frying onions, ad tomatoes, chili sauce, ketchup, salt, sugar and cook it for a while.
Spread this sauce on the pizza dough, sprinkles Mozilla cheese and cadre cheese on the sauce.
Make a layer of green onions, tomato, cadre cheese, sausages and baked it in the oven at 180 °c for 20 – 25 minutes. After the required time, serve it with ketchup.
